CLIENT GALLERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to your private MONOVISIONE STUDIOS gallery. By accessing, viewing, downloading, sharing, purchasing, or using content within this gallery, you agree to the following terms.

  1. ACCESS TO GALLERY

Gallery access is provided exclusively to the client and authorized individuals.

Access credentials and gallery links are intended for private use and may not be publicly distributed unless permission has been granted.

MONOVISIONE STUDIOS reserves the right to suspend access if misuse occurs.

  1. IMAGE OWNERSHIP

All photographs and visual content remain the intellectual property and copyright of MONOVISIONE STUDIOS.

Gallery access does not transfer ownership of any images.

  1. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Downloaded images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Permitted use includes:

  • Personal printing

  • Social media posting

  • Personal archiving

  • Sharing with family and friends

The following are not permitted:

  • Selling images

  • Commercial advertising

  • Entering contests without approval

  • Editing, altering, applying filters, or removing watermarks

  • Republishing for business purposes

  1. SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE

Clients may share delivered images online.

When possible, credit:

Editing, recoloring, excessive retouching, AI alteration, overlays, or modifications are not permitted without written approval.

  1. DOWNLOADS & FILE STORAGE

Clients are encouraged to download and back up their files promptly.

Gallery availability periods may vary and are not guaranteed indefinitely.

MONOVISIONE STUDIOS is not responsible for maintaining permanent archive access after the stated gallery expiration period.

  1. PRINTING

To preserve image quality and artistic intent, clients are encouraged to order prints through the official gallery store when available.

MONOVISIONE STUDIOS cannot guarantee quality of prints produced through external vendors.

  1. PURCHASES & DIGITAL SALES

All digital downloads, print purchases, and gallery-related sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.

Replacement requests for damaged physical products must be submitted within fourteen (14) days.

  1. PRIVACY

Client galleries are intended to remain private.

MONOVISIONE STUDIOS does not sell client information and takes reasonable measures to protect gallery access.

  1. PORTFOLIO & PROMOTIONAL USE

Unless otherwise agreed in writing before delivery, MONOVISIONE STUDIOS may display selected images for portfolio, website, social media, editorial, exhibition, and promotional purposes.

Clients may request privacy restrictions in writing.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MONOVISIONE STUDIOS is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by sharing gallery links, external platform failures, or downloaded file storage loss.
